Both are strong promoters for high-level transcription. The pRc MCS contains unique ApaI, HindIII, NotI, and XbaI restriction sites, plus redundant BstXI sites. The pRSV MCS contains unique HindIII, NotI, SpeI, and XbaI restriction sites, plus redundant BstXI sites.
