This is a ready-to-use sodium acetate-based wash buffer pH 5.2 ±0.1 to be used for molecular biology applications. It has been specifically tested and validated for use as a wash buffer in both column and magnetic bead silica-based RNA purification methods in conjunction with Inactivir® viral inactivation and stabilisation buffers. Sodium acetate buffer solution pH, 5.2 is widely used in for precipitation of nucleic acids and preparation of gel stains for protein gel electrophoresis. Sodium acetate buffer solution is suitable for precipitation of DNA, elution of proteins and for use in molecular biology applications such as chip-on-chip assay and in vitro enzyme inhibition assay. This sodium acetate buffer solution is supplied aseptically filtered and suitable for use in molecular biology applications.
