Biochem/physiol Actions

Microtubule associated serine/threonine kinase 3 (MAST3) modulates the activity of nuclear factor κ-B (NF-κB). It may have a role in inflammatory pathways. Knockdown of MAST3 has been shown to reduce NF-κB activity, which is dependent on toll-like receptor-4.

General description

Anti-MAST3 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total MAST3 protein. Microtubule associated serine/threonine kinase 3 (MAST3) belongs to the MAST kinase family. It is composed of 1309 amino acids. The MAST3 gene is 53.9kb long and has 27 exons. It is localized on human chromosome 19p13.11. MAST3 possesses four α-helix bundles having various domains, including a protein kinase domain and a PDZ domain.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human MAST3.Immunogen Range: 1031-1080

Physical form

Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
