PIPETTE RETURN PORTAL

For every new Sartorius pipette bought at the "Trade In" offer prices an old pipette must be returned to Sartorius by using the Free Pipette Return Service once you have received new replacement pipettes. It's easy and free, just follow the instructions below.

• Click "Pipette Returns" above to open the portal, then click "Continue as Guest"
• Download shipping instructions and decontamination form
• Follow the shipping instructions to pack your old pipettes
• Book the return shipment by filling open fields on the UPS Pipette Return Portal
• Click Process Shipment and you are guided to print the return slip and schedule the pick-up of your pipettes
• Return the old pipettes to Sartorius within 30 days after receiving your new replacement pipettes. Failure to comply with the returns process could result in a new invoice being issued.
