The 73 series single-beam spectrophotometers have improved optics resulting in a narrow spectral bandwidth of 5nm and absorbance range of -0.3 to 2.5A. All models feature measurement modes for absorbance, % transmittance, and concentration, the advanced model adds spectrum scanning, quantitation, and kinetics. The visible spectrum model has a tungsten halogen lamp with a "lamp save" feature which shuts off the lamp after periods of inactivity. The UV/visible model features a “press to read” xenon lamp to provide accurate readings and extend lamp life.

  • Connect to a PC or printer via the RS-232 interface, the included software provides easy data export and enables the spectrophotometer to be controlled by a PC
  • Autologging capabilities enable repeat measurements of the same sample with a selected time interval
  • Minimal footprint with large graphical display
  • Icon-driven software and easy-to-use navigation system provide intuitive usability
