ANXA11 is a calcium-dependent, phospholipid-binding protein that belongs to the annexin family. The ANXA11 gene has been identified as the susceptibility marker for sarcoidosis. Elevated urine ANXA11 levels have been observed in cases of acute or chronic renal allograft rejections.
