Primary TargetA fluorogenic substrate for caspase-9
General description
A fluorogenic substrate for caspase-9 (ICE-LAP6, Mch6). Reaction can be monitored visually or quantitatively by a blue to green shift in fluorescence upon cleavage of the AFC fluorophore (excitation maximum: ~400 nm; emission maximum: ~505 nm).
A fluorogenic substrate for caspase-9 (ICE-LAP6, Mch6). May also act as a substrate for caspase-4 and caspase-5. Reaction can be monitored visually or quantitatively by a blue to green shift in fluorescence upon cleavage of the AFC fluorophore.
