A simple idea that saves a lot of time in a variety of multiwell protocols. For transfers to, from, and between 96 well plates, just connect the Vaccu-Pette/96 to a large syringe and aspirate about 100 times the desired per-well volume. For example, to transfer 50 µL/well, aspirate and deliver a total of 5 mL. Cells growing in the wells are protected by ridges that prevent access to the bottom 50 µl of each well. Ideal for ELISA, cytotoxicity, and cloning procedures. Without a syringe, the device will pick up about 15 µL per well, making it an effective 96 well blotting tool. 35 mL syringe not included.
