Biochem/physiol Actions
Linker for activation of T cells (LAT) indicate an important role of immune molecules in the growing brain. It also helps in the development, activation and maintenance of T cells. Mutations in LAT result in severe combined immunodeficiency. It also act as a bridge between T cell-specific and general signaling pathways.
