General description

Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are modulators or transducers in various transmembrane signaling systems. G proteins are composed of 3 subunits; alpha, beta and gamma. The alpha chain contains the guanine nucleotide binding site.

GNA12 (NP_031379, )This antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding S67 of human GNA12.
