Replication protein A (RPA) is a multisubunit complex that carries out DNA mismatch repair (MMR) in association with MSH2 (a subunit of human MutS heterodimers), MLH1 (a subunit of human MutL heterodimers), PCNA, and DNA polymerase-delta.
