Lab Purification using the MabSelect™ Protein A tag for capture of antibodies.

Features and Benefits

HiTrap® columns prepacked with MabSelect, a Bioprocess medium for capuring of Mabs from large sample volumes. The specificity of binding to the Fc region of IgG is similar to that of native protein A, which allows one-step purification. Oriented coupling of recombinant Protein A to the matrix via an engineered C-terminal cysteine enhances IgG binding capacity. Fewer regulatory concerns due to the total absence of mammalian culture in the ligand production and purification.
