Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected MOB kinase activator 3B in mouse midbrain and mouse hippocampus tissue.
General description
MOB kinase activator 3B (MOB3B) is also known as Mob1 homolog 2b or Mps one binder kinase activator-like 2B (MOBKL2B). MOB kinase activator 3B is thought to regulate the activity of kinases based on similarity with the yeast Mob1 protein. Yeast Mob1 binds Mps1p, a protein kinase critical to spindle pole body duplication and mitotic checkpoint regulation.
