This February we are celebrating LGBT+ History Month with several initiatives.

Supporting LGBT+ causes

Notts LGBTQ – we will be making a corporate donation of £300 to this local Nottingham charity. We have asked our teams to nominate other LGBT+ causes that we can make a donation to this month.

Preferred Pronouns

We have offered all of our staff the option to include preferred pronouns in email signatures.  

Staff Survey

We realise that we don’t have all the answers when it comes to improving diversity and inclusion, so we will be asking our teams to tell us how we can do better. Later this month, a survey will be going out to all staff asking for ideas.  

Ihasco Diversity Training

Everyone at SLS has been given the opportunity to complete the Ihasco training course on Diversity.
