Order Entry Clerk
Due to the increase in the amount of orders that we now receive we have a vacancy for a Order Entry Clerk within the Nottingham Sales Office.
You will be responsible for processing all orders received via the website and customer facing portals.
Your duties will include:
• Importing Orders & processing orders
• Sanity checking to ensure customer details and pricing is correct
• Updating systems with relevant delivery dates
• Updating customers where applicable
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure product codes are established
• Updating of spread-sheets
The ideal candidate:
• A keen eye for detail is essential

• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• To be able to communicate at all levels

Account Coordinator
As an integral part of a busy Customer Service Team you will be required to offer full support to customers and sales managers within an allotted region of the country.
You will be responsible for supporting our customers with their daily enquiries, placing their orders and resolving any queries they may have to a very high standard.
An essential part of your role is to learn and understand the requirements of your sales manager and customers through building relationships, delivering service excellence and exceeding expectations.
Your duties will include:
• Deliver a first class customer experience
• To be able to communicate clearly and have the ability to work closely with your Sales Manager and other internal departments in order to ensure continuity of service and assure delivery in a timely and efficient manner
• Place orders and ensure that your customer is kept up to date at all times with the progression of their order
• Mange and prioritise own work load
• Take ownership to ensure tasks are completed fully
• Achieve pre-defined KPI’s and targets
• Work to ISO 9001 standards

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Enthusiastic and effective team member who can also work on their own initiative

Minimum qualifications and relevant experience:
• Previous customer service experience required
• Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft applications

International Sales Managers
As part of our continued expansion SLS are looking to recruit two experienced International Sales Managers. These new appointments will have responsibility for driving our growth into both existing and new markets (including Africa, Middle East, Eurasia and the Far East).
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who have a flexible approach and are able to demonstrate the ability to manage existing distributors, select and develop new ones and also sell direct into large accounts. Experience in export sales, with a proven track record of both distribution management and customer development is essential.
